ROAST CHICKEN BAKED RICE

This super fast, and super easy recipe transforms your ordinary store bought rotisserie chicken into a complete meal your family and friends will absolutely LOVE !


Here's a quick summary video:





Roast Chicken - Deboned and cut into chunks

Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup - do NOT dilute

Canned Mushroom (or frozen mixed vegetables)

Onions - Diced into small pieces

Garlic - Chopped

Shredded Cheddar Cheese





Debone Chicken and cut into chunks


  • Fry Diced Onions till translucent and fragrant.

  • Add Garlic and fry till fragrant but not brown.

  • Add Chicken Chunks and continue frying till chicken absorbs the onion and garlic flavour.

  • Add UNdiluted can of Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup.

  • Add canned mushrooms or frozen mixed vegetables.

  • Spoon over a bed of cooked Rice. (you may like to leave just a tiny amount of the gravy in the frying pan to stir fry the rice before putting it in the baking dish to ensure that the rice is even tastier.

  • Cover rice totally with Chicken.

  • Sprinkle a good amount of shredded Cheddar Cheese.

  • Put in a high temperature pre-heated oven till the cheese melts and is golden brown. (you might want to stick around to keep watch it. It browns very quickly. Maybe even less than 5 minutes.)
