Here's the answer. Roast Duck wrapped in fresh PohPiah skin. So elegant you can even serve it up as a party Hors D'oevre. OR....you can just sit there and eat it all up! Your call.
Assemble - keep in mind that the Spring Onions and Cucumbers are exactly the same and are longer than the width of the wrap. The length of the PohPiah skin wrap must be a little shorter for the duck to peep through when wrapped.
