CRISP TASTY BIG PRAWNS

Thursday dinner was waiting for me after my haircut. Big fat prawns fried to perfection. The type where after you're done eating the meat, you have to proceed to chew the head to release the core taste of the prawn.

Marinade: Salt & Pepper, Soya Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Chinese Cooking Wine


Lightly dredge in plain flour.


Deep Fry.
